Sometimes it can take a little while for your phone to pinpoint your exact location. Try this steps to improve your location:

1. When prompted by your browser to allow access to your location, select yes or allow
2. If the map doesn't show your correct location, please wait a few seconds then try submitting your location again (hou may need to do this a couple of times while your phone pinpoints your location)
3. Try switching to your maps app and let it find your exact location, then switch back to the webchat and try again
