Unfortunately sometimes we make a mistake and have trouble recognising an image you've uploaded during a hunt. First, try the steps below to improve image recognition:

1. Make sure the target object takes up as much of the photo as possible
2. Try to take a photo with good lighting to the target object is clear
3. Frame your photo so there are as few distractions or other objects in the photo as possible

If these tips don't work, then we'd appreciate if you could send us an email with the following information:

• name of the hunt you were playing
• the question or prompt provided before you uploaded the image
• an approximate time you submitted the image

We'll investigate and see what we can do to improve the recognition of that photo in future.
